Studio 8 provides professional audio and video production for podcasts, interviews, conversations, digital content, and other creative projects. But we’re more than a place to rent a microphone and a camera. We can help you think through your concept, find the story, shape your message, develop your format, and move from “I’ve been thinking about doing this” to “I made this.”

Studio 8 is also where The Eight Effect creates original content rooted in real people, real experiences, and the communities around us. We are especially interested in the hyperlocal—the voices, histories, ideas, and experiences that might never make national headlines but help tell the story of who we are.

Studio 8 is home to original Eight Effect projects and podcasts, including Our Unseen Roots, Our Unseen Dads, and other work that creates space for stories worth hearing.
